Awareness Initiative Titled “No to Extremism” at the College of Health and Medical Technologies / Department of Radiological Techniques – Al-Mustaqbal University

In line with the vision of Al-Mustaqbal University to promote intellectual awareness and reinforce the principles of moderation while rejecting all forms of extremism, Hasnain Mousa Hassan and Karrar Baji organized an awareness initiative by distributing educational brochures entitled “No to Extremism” at the College of Health and Medical Technologies / Department of Radiological Techniques. This initiative stemmed from a strong sense of academic and social responsibility and aimed to encourage students to actively stand against extremist ideologies that may negatively impact societal stability and security. The brochures included guiding messages emphasizing constructive dialogue, respect for diverse opinions, and adherence to balanced ethical and national values that promote peaceful coexistence. The activity received positive engagement from students, who showed interest in the brochure’s content and highlighted the importance of such initiatives within the university environment. These efforts contribute to fostering a respectful academic atmosphere built on tolerance, awareness, and responsible thinking. This event forms part of a series of cultural and educational activities organized by the Department of Radiological Techniques to support the university’s mission of preparing a conscious and responsible generation capable of strengthening intellectual security and social peace.
