The President of Al‑Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, inaugurated the new University Council Hall, which was established according to modern international standards in design and technical equipment, contributing to the development of infrastructure and enhancing the administrative and academic work environment within the university.
This came in conjunction with the convening of the seventh session of the University Council for the academic year 2025–2026, attended by the vice presidents and deans. During the session, the University President emphasized that the inauguration of the hall is part of the university’s ongoing efforts to advance institutional performance and keep pace with academic accreditation requirements and international standards.
The meeting addressed several key topics, including supporting the quality of education and developing academic programs, promoting scientific research, expanding academic partnerships locally and internationally, as well as accelerating digital transformation and highlighting the university’s academic and scientific achievements.
The council also reviewed the major scientific activities and events planned for the upcoming period, including scientific conferences and international participations, in addition to following up on institutional and program accreditation requirements and the procedures of colleges and academic departments, as well as discussing the progress of examinations for the first semester.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the University Council discussed the items listed on the agenda and adopted a set of decisions and recommendations that contribute to supporting the university’s progress and strengthening its academic standing at both the national and international levels.
