In line with the fourth Sustainable Development Goal (Quality Education), and within the framework of strengthening the practical aspect and consolidating students’ applied skills, a field examination was conducted today, Tuesday 24-2, on various types of optical magnifiers available in the Refraction Errors Laboratory (203) at the Department of Optics Techniques. The examination included identifying the different types of magnifiers, understanding their mechanisms of action, and explaining the correct methods of use in clinical applications, in a manner that enhances students’ competencies and enables them to properly handle low vision aids according to approved scientific standards.
