As part of the Deanship of the College of Administrative Sciences’ efforts to develop institutional performance and enhance the College’s digital presence, the Dean of the College, Dr. Haider Al-Dulaimi, held a meeting With the administrators of the College and academic departments’ electronic websites.of the academic departments’ websites to discuss the University Presidency’s report on the evaluation of electronic websites. During the meeting, the key observations included in the evaluation report were reviewed, along with the strengths achieved by the College website, in addition to the aspects requiring improvement and development, in line with the quality standards and academic accreditation criteria adopted by the University Presidency. The Dean emphasized the importance of advancing electronic content in terms of accuracy, timeliness, and speed of publication, stressing the need to regularly update information, activate news and scientific activities, and highlight the achievements of the College and its departments in a manner that reflects its distinguished academic standing. The attendees also discussed mechanisms for improving the technical and organizational aspects of the website, while adhering to the approved standards for managing university websites, in a way that enhances communication with students, researchers, and other stakeholders. At the conclusion of the meeting, the Dean directed the preparation of a clear action plan that includes a timeline to address the observations mentioned in the report and to follow up on their implementation periodically, ensuring the improvement of the College website and elevating it to advanced rankings.
