The championship serves as a leading national platform aimed at nurturing creative talents and enhancing students’ capabilities in artificial intelligence, robotics, and digital transformation. The University emphasized that this championship provides a valuable opportunity for students to transform innovative ideas into practical, real-world projects that contribute to solving societal challenges in healthcare, agriculture, industry, education, and community service. Participation in this event also strengthens the University’s position in national scientific and technological forums and aligns with its vision of supporting research and developing sustainable smart solutions. The competition includes several tracks: the Medical and Nursing Track, the Agricultural and Environmental Track, the Industrial and Engineering Track, the Education Track, the Community Service and Humanities Track, and the Artificial Intelligence Applications Track across various fields. These diverse tracks allow students to compete in areas aligned with their academic backgrounds and interests. Students interested in participating must complete official team formation before April 1, 2026, including registering team members and academic supervisors in coordination with the relevant university departments. The final deadline for submitting projects through the official championship platform is July 1, 2026. Projects will undergo a three-stage evaluation process: the university-level stage, the regional stage, and the final national stage to select the winning projects across Iraq. The University Presidency reaffirmed its full support for participating students by providing academic supervision, technical consultations, and continuous coordination through the officially appointed coordinators to ensure well-organized participation and enhance students’ opportunities for excellence in this significant national event.
