In line with **Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Sustainable Development Goal 17 (Partnerships for the Goals), Al-Mustaqbal University has signed a joint scientific and academic Memorandum of Understanding with Al-Qadisiyah University, in accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the university leadership’s vision of institutional openness and the exchange of expertise. The memorandum was signed by the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Hassan Shaker Majdi, during an official visit by a university delegation that included the Director of Scientific and Academic Supervision, Muzaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi, the Dean of the College of Science, Furat Hamzah, and the Director of the Cultural Relations Department, Samir Badrawi. The delegation was received by the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Rahi Al-Yasseri, accompanied by the Vice Presidents and several academic leaders. The meeting discussed prospects for joint scientific and research cooperation and strengthened coordination in areas of mutual interest. The Memorandum of Understanding includes several key areas, most notably the implementation of joint scientific research projects; participation in conferences, seminars, and workshops; exchange of academic visits; joint supervision of postgraduate students; benefiting from best practices in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals and developing faculty capacities; as well as student summer training and curriculum development. These initiatives aim to enhance the quality of higher education and achieve a sustainable scientific and developmental impact. Al-Mustaqbal University ranks first among private universities.
