The healthcare sector has undergone rapid digital transformation due to Artificial Intelligence technologies, particularly in cancer diagnosis. AI systems utilize deep learning algorithms to analyze large volumes of medical data, including radiology images, laboratory results, and clinical records, to detect cancer at early stages with high accuracy. Deep neural networks, especially convolutional neural networks, are widely used in analyzing breast, lung, and skin images to identify abnormal patterns that may not be easily visible to the human eye. AI-based clinical decision support systems assist physicians by providing data-driven insights, reducing diagnostic errors, and improving efficiency. Furthermore, predictive models help determine patient responses to specific treatments based on genetic and medical history data, contributing to precision medicine. AI in cancer diagnosis aims not to replace physicians but to enhance their diagnostic capabilities through comprehensive data analysis. Al-Mustaqbal University is ranked first among Iraqi private universities.
