“Skills for University Women During the Blessed Month”

Under the patronage of the esteemed President of Al-Mustaqbal University, and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, the Women’s Affairs Division at the College of Agricultural Technologies, supervised by Ms. Mari Omran, organized an educational and awareness workshop titled: “Skills for University Women During the Blessed Month” The workshop was presented by Assistant Engineer Sarour Hafez Mohammed and attended by a number of faculty members and female students. It aimed to empower university women to develop their academic, personal, health, and social skills during the holy month of Ramadan, enhancing their ability to balance study with daily life responsibilities. Main Workshop Topics: 1. Academic Skills: Time management and effective study techniques. 2. Personal Skills: Building self-confidence and developing positive habits. 3. Health and Nutrition Skills: Maintaining proper nutrition to support mental and physical energy. 4. Social and Spiritual Skills under the Protection Pillar: Promoting safe communication, conscious community participation, and reinforcing values of respect and mutual support, helping students cope with negative pressures and strengthen their positive presence in society. The workshop saw active participation from the students, who expressed their appreciation for this initiative, highlighting its importance in supporting their academic and personal development, particularly the fourth pillar related to protection, which is considered essential for building the character of university women during the holy month.
