Under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Hassan Shaker Majdi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Dentistry – Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Athraa Yahya Al-Hijjazi, the College successfully concluded its Scientific Forum in cooperation with the Babylon Health Directorate. The event was organized in line with the requirements of the Advisory Council and within the framework of strengthening collaboration with healthcare institutions. The forum featured a scientific workshop entitled “Job Performance, Leadership, and Management,” delivered by Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Ajrash, Director of the Training and Development Center at the Babylon Health Directorate. The workshop addressed key themes focused on enhancing leadership and administrative competencies, as well as strategies for improving institutional performance within the healthcare work environment. The event was attended by fifth-year students and alumni, in addition to members of the academic staff. The forum provided an effective academic platform for knowledge exchange and for reinforcing cooperation between the academic and healthcare sectors, contributing to the preparation of competent professional cadres capable of meeting labor market demands.
