Under the patronage of the Presidency of Al-Mustaqbal University, the Women’s Affairs Division, in cooperation with the Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Science, organized a joint awareness campaign between the Department of Intelligent Medical Systems and the Department of Medical Biotechnology Techniques entitled “Your Knowledge of the Law Protects You”, held on Wednesday, February 25, 2026. The campaign aimed to enhance legal awareness among female students and highlight the most important rights and duties guaranteed by law, in addition to introducing legal mechanisms and procedures that ensure women’s protection in academic, social, and professional aspects. The campaign also emphasized the importance of spreading legal culture as a key factor in empowering women and strengthening their active role within the university community. The campaign was presented by Assistant Lecturers Sara Rahim Hamza and Najat Hamid Jassim, who delivered the campaign themes through a simplified scientific approach reflecting the importance of the topic and its direct relevance to university women’s lives. The event witnessed remarkable interaction from attendees through numerous questions and discussions that enriched the dialogue and expanded understanding of the legal aspects presented, reflecting growing awareness of the importance of legal rights and responsibilities. This initiative comes within the framework of scientific cooperation between the two departments and Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment to organizing awareness activities that support women’s empowerment and contribute to establishing a safe and stable university environment based on knowledge, awareness, and responsibility.
