A awareness campaign titled **“Her Awareness is Strength: Empowering University Women Toward a Safe and Productive Environment” ** was launched under the supervision of Assistant Lecturers Ghadeer Haider Abbas and Maryam Ghassan Ghaffar, as part of ongoing efforts to support women within the academic community and strengthen their active presence across various university fields. The campaign aims to promote a culture of women’s empowerment, reinforce the principles of justice and equality, and provide a safe university environment free from discrimination and harassment, thereby enhancing women’s effective participation in academic, research, and professional activities. The campaign included workshops, discussion panels, and awareness seminars with the participation of female students, faculty members, and academic leaders. The sessions focused on building self-confidence, raising awareness of women’s rights, combating violence and discrimination on campus, and highlighting the importance of creating a productive educational environment that ensures equal opportunities for creativity and innovation.
