Al-Mustaqbal University signs a Memorandum of Understanding with Al-Qadisiyah University to strengthen scientific and academic partnership.

As part of its strategic direction toward expanding prospects for academic cooperation and strengthening integration between public and private universities, the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, signed a joint scientific and academic Memorandum of Understanding with Al-Qadisiyah University, in alignment with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the University Presidency’s vision of institutional openness and exchange of expertise. The memorandum was signed during an official visit by a delegation from Al-Mustaqbal University headed by the University President. The delegation included the Director of Scientific and Academic Supervision, Professor Dr. Muzaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi; the Dean of the College of Science, Professor Dr. Furat Hamza; and the Director of the Cultural Relations Department, Dr. Samir Badrawi. The delegation was received by the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Rahi Al-Yasiri, along with the University’s Vice Presidents and several academic leaders. During the meeting, both sides discussed prospects for joint scientific and research cooperation and coordination in areas of mutual interest. The Memorandum of Understanding includes several key areas, most notably: conducting joint scientific research; participating in conferences, seminars, and workshops; exchanging academic visits; joint supervision of postgraduate students; benefiting from established experiences in achieving sustainable development goals; building the capacities of faculty members; as well as providing summer training opportunities for students and updating academic curricula.
