A specialized scientific workshop titled "Mastering Office Tools to Enhance Academic and Educational Performance" was held on February 21st, presented by Asst. Lecturer Lubna Ali Jalil and Afrah Hussein. The workshop featured an analytical study of the role of office software technologies in developing the educational system and explored ways to enhance academic and educational administrative efficiency through the optimal utilization of the software suite.
The session explored several scientific pillars, most notably data analysis skills, digital content management, and strategies for automating administrative and educational tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, it highlighted the digital tools necessary for creating interactive educational content, emphasizing that digital transformation and the mastery of computer skills are fundamental cornerstones of academic quality and institutional excellence.
The event concluded with an open discussion and the presentation of methodological recommendations aimed at enhancing the technical skills of faculty members and students. This initiative aligns with Goal 4 of the Sustainable Development Goals (Quality Education) and Goal 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), by digitally empowering individuals and raising their productivity in the labor market.
