Under the generous patronage of Dr. Azhar Mohsen, Dean of the College of Engineering Technologies, and under the supervision of Dr. Hassan Muwaffaq Ghani, Professor Ali Abbas, and Teaching Assistant Ali Naji Radhi, a Ramadan Iftar embodies the spirit of giving at the Babylon Orphanage.
In an atmosphere of faith, compassion, and solidarity, a communal Ramadan Iftar was held at the Babylon Orphanage, with the participation of several faculty members and staff from the Department of Electrical Engineering Technologies.
This humanitarian initiative affirms the college's commitment to its social role and its dedication to promoting the values of cooperation and solidarity, especially during the blessed month of Ramadan, the month of mercy and forgiveness.
The event was marked by a warm and loving atmosphere, where Iftar meals were distributed and the children shared moments of joy and care, in a gesture aimed at bringing happiness to their hearts and smiles to their faces.
Those in charge of the initiative emphasized that these activities represent a part of the educational institution's mission to serve the community and instill noble humanitarian values in both faculty and students. A noble humanitarian message… and a renewed act of giving each year.
We ask God to accept this work purely for His sake, and to place it on the scales of good deeds for all involved.
