Al-Mustaqbal University Strengthens National Partnerships by Signing a Scientific and Academic Memorandum of Understanding with Al-Nahrain University In line with its strategic direction to expand scientific and academic cooperation and strengthen institutional partnerships, Al-Mustaqbal University signed a joint scientific and academic memorandum of understanding with Al-Nahrain University. This agreement aligns with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the university's vision to support integration between public and private universities and the exchange of expertise. The memorandum was signed during an official visit by a delegation from Al-Mustaqbal University, headed by the university president, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, and including the Director of Scientific and Academic Supervision, Professor Dr. Muzaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi, the educational advisor, Professor Dr. Mohsen Abdul Ali, and the Director of Cultural Relations, Dr. Samir Badrawi. The delegation was received by the President of Al-Nahrain University, Professor Dr. Ali Abdulaziz Al-Shawi, along with the university's vice presidents and several deans. The meeting focused on exploring avenues for joint scientific and research cooperation. During the meeting, views were exchanged on activating cooperation between the colleges and corresponding research centers at both universities, contributing to the enhancement of joint scientific research and the integration of academic programs. The signing ceremony included the screening of two documentaries, one about Al_Mustaqbal University and the other about Future Teaching Hospital. These films showcased the institutional journey, scientific and service achievements, and the university's role in supporting education, training, and community service. The memorandum of understanding encompassed several key areas, most notably the implementation of joint scientific research, participation in conferences, seminars, and workshops, exchange of academic visits, joint supervision of graduate students, faculty capacity building, summer training for students, and curriculum modernization.
