In the spiritual atmosphere of the holy month, supplications for the 11th day of Ramadan were distributed under the supervision of Eng. Norhan Thamer Assi, with the active participation of Asst. Lect. Ali Yaseen and Eng. Tabark Mohsin Ashour.
This initiative aimed to reinforce spiritual values and strengthen the spirit of solidarity and compassion among students and academic staff. It also sought to spread the culture of supplication and highlight its role in nurturing the soul, fostering inner peace, and promoting positive behavior within the academic environment. The distribution of carefully selected supplication cards reflecting meanings of mercy, forgiveness, and tolerance was met with notable engagement.
These efforts align with several Sustainable Development Goals introduced by the United Nations, particularly those related to quality education, peaceful and inclusive communities, and effective partnerships through collaborative academic efforts.
This comes as part of a series of Ramadan initiatives that integrate spiritual enrichment with social responsibility, contributing to the development of well-rounded individuals who combine knowledge with noble values.
