Under the patronage of the Presidency of Al-Mustaqbal University, a training workshop dedicated to the officials of the university website was held on Tuesday الموافق 3/3/2026 at the Student Activities Hall, as part of the university’s ongoing efforts to develop the skills of its administrative and technical staff and to enhance the quality of digital content published on its official website. The workshop included several important topics. It began with an introductory session about the university website and its working mechanisms, presented by Assistant Lecturer Wameed Diaa and Assistant Lecturer Mustafa Fahem. They reviewed the main sections of the website, the mechanisms for updating news and activities, and the approved standards for electronic publishing in line with the university’s academic identity. The workshop also featured a lecture entitled “News Editing,” delivered by Professor Dr. Akram Faraj and Ms. Noor Ali Abbas. The lecture addressed the professional foundations of writing and structuring university news, its essential elements, and the methods of preparing accurate and engaging media content that professionally reflects the university’s activities. This workshop is part of a series of developmental programs adopted by the university to advance its media performance and strengthen its online presence in line with modern developments in digital media. Al-Mustaqbal University is the first in Iraq.
