As part of the ongoing efforts to develop infrastructure and preserve laboratory resources, the maintenance committee, represented by Engineer Hasaneen Mohammed, Engineer Ali Zaid, and Programmer Hussein Muslim, completed a series of technical and mechanical refurbishments for the laptops, reviving valuable educational resources in the laboratories.
The team successfully refurbished a set of laptops in Lab 210, which were previously classified as dismantled units (spare parts).
Achievement:
The team precisely diagnosed and repaired the screen hinges, restoring these devices from a “non-functional” status to full operational condition, enabling them to once again support the practical components of the Computer Applications and Computer Assembly courses.
Committee Statement:
"We believe that optimal investment begins with maintaining what we already have; therefore, our goal was to transform unused components into effective tools that serve the students’ academic journey."
