The staff of the Department of Biology participated in a specialized workshop organized by the Website Team titled "Media Arts and News Drafting" on Wednesday, March 4, 2026. The workshop included intensive scientific and practical sessions focused on developing the skills of academic and administrative staff in writing professional academic news reports. It also covered the mechanisms for publishing these reports on the university's official website in accordance with international quality standards and rankings. Furthermore, the workshop addressed how to craft engaging headlines and communicate the department's scientific and research activities in a sophisticated media style that reflects the prestigious image of the educational institution. During his supervision of the workshop, Professor Dr. Akram Faraj Abdul-Hussein emphasized that the goal of this participation is to enhance "Academic Media" within the department. He stressed the importance of ensuring that scientific achievements, electronic lectures, and student activities reach the public and the academic community with high accuracy and speed, highlighting the significance of digital adaptation in documenting the scientific journey of Al-Mustaqbal University.
