The President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, paid an inspection visit to the College of Medicine. During the visit, he reviewed the progress of the examination committees, class schedules, and the regular attendance of students. The purpose of the visit was to closely observe the academic and administrative conditions within the College.
The President was accompanied during the tour by the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, Associate Professor Dr. Abbas Al-Bawi, and the Dean of the College of Medicine, Professor Dr. Walaa Luay Al-Falouji. Together, they discussed the main challenges facing the College and ways to address them. They also reviewed the educational process and student activities, emphasizing the importance of ensuring high-quality education in order to prepare qualified doctors capable of meeting the needs of society.
During the visit, several topics related to the development of curricula and the improvement of the learning environment were also discussed. In addition, future plans aimed at strengthening the position of the College of Medicine among leading universities in Iraq were reviewed. This visit comes as part of the university administration’s commitment to providing the best educational environment for students and its continuous dedication to developing education and scientific research across all its colleges.
At the conclusion of the visit, the University President expressed his appreciation to the teaching staff and students for their efforts, stressing the importance of continuous work toward achieving academic excellence and meeting the demands of the labor market in the medical field.
