Under the patronage of the President of Al‑Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, and under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College of Science, Assistant Professor Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani, and with the follow-up of the Head of the Medical Biotechnology Techniques Department, a scientific seminar entitled “How to Express Myself with Confidence” was held. The seminar was presented by Asst. Lecturer Sara Rahim Hamza, who discussed the importance of self-confidence in expressing ideas and opinions, as well as the role of effective communication skills in strengthening an individual’s personality within academic and community environments. The session addressed several important topics, including methods for developing self-confidence and ways to overcome shyness and fear when speaking in front of others. It also highlighted a number of practical skills that help students express themselves clearly and confidently. The seminar was attended by a group of faculty members and students from the Medical Biotechnology Techniques Department, who actively interacted with the session through discussions and contributions that enriched the seminar.
