Al-Mustaqbal University continues its steady steps toward comprehensive digital transformation as part of the Smart University Project launched by the University President, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi. The project aims to develop the university’s digital infrastructure and enhance the efficiency of managing the educational process in line with the latest technological systems. In this context, the University President chaired a meeting dedicated to reviewing the final preparations for launching an integrated electronic system for managing the educational process. The system focuses on organizing teaching assignments, monitoring lectures, and managing the teaching workload of faculty members in accordance with academic requirements. The meeting was attended by a number of senior administrative staff at the university presidency and other relevant officials. A comprehensive presentation was delivered outlining the system’s mechanisms and technical features, as well as its role in organizing academic work and enhancing accuracy and transparency in monitoring teaching performance. During the meeting, several observations and suggestions were presented to further develop the system and ensure the highest levels of efficiency in its implementation. At the conclusion of the meeting, the University President praised the efforts of the Information Technology and Follow-Up Division staff, commending their professional work in developing this system, which represents an important step in the university’s digital transformation journey and supports its vision of building an integrated smart educational environment.
