Al-Mustaqbal University continues to strengthen its journey toward comprehensive digital transformation as part of the Smart University Project launched by the University President, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi. The initiative aims to develop the university’s digital infrastructure and enhance the efficiency of managing the educational process in line with the latest technological systems adopted by advanced educational institutions. In this context, the University President chaired a meeting dedicated to following up on the progress of one of the university’s most prominent digital systems, which is scheduled to be launched soon. The system is an integrated electronic platform for managing the educational process, including the organization of teaching assignments, lecture auditing, and the management of teaching workloads in alignment with the academic structure of faculty members, thereby enhancing institutional performance efficiency. The meeting, attended by members of the senior administration at the university presidency and several specialists concerned with this file, featured a comprehensive presentation of the system’s components and implementation mechanisms. The technical features and capabilities of the system were reviewed, highlighting its role in organizing academic work and enhancing accuracy, transparency, and digital governance in monitoring teaching performance within the university. During the meeting, the University President and attendees presented several remarks and developmental proposals aimed at strengthening the system and ensuring the highest levels of efficiency in its implementation in support of the educational process. At the conclusion of the meeting, the University President praised the outstanding efforts of the Information Technology and Follow-up Division, commending their professional work and cooperation that contributed to the completion of this system. The system represents an important step in the digital transformation path adopted by Al-Mustaqbal University and supports its vision of building an integrated smart educational environment that keeps pace with modern technological developments.
