The Department of Media in the College of Arts and Humanities at Al-Mustaqbal University organized a scientific workshop entitled “The Duties of Examination Committee Members,” with the attendance of a number of faculty members. The workshop was held as part of the department’s efforts to enhance examination procedures and organize them in accordance with the approved regulations and instructions. The workshop addressed the duties and responsibilities assigned to members of the examination committee, the mechanisms for organizing records and grades, and the procedures related to examinations. It also emphasized the importance of adhering to ministerial and university instructions to ensure that the examination process is conducted accurately and transparently. The workshop also included discussions among participants on the best ways to develop examination work and overcome potential obstacles, contributing to achieving fairness among students and improving the administrative and academic performance within the department. This workshop comes within the framework of Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment to supporting organizational and academic aspects, as well as promoting a culture of quality and adherence to approved standards in the educational process.
