Al‑Mustaqbal University continues its steady progress toward comprehensive digital transformation as part of the Smart University project launched by the University President, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi. The initiative aims to enhance the university’s digital infrastructure and improve the efficiency of managing the educational process in line with modern technological systems.
In this context, the University President chaired a meeting dedicated to reviewing one of the key digital systems that the university has recently finalized in preparation for its practical implementation. The system focuses on managing the educational process, particularly the distribution of teaching assignments, lecture auditing, and the organization of teaching loads in accordance with the structure of academic staff duties.
The meeting, attended by several members of the university’s senior administration and specialists concerned with this project, included a comprehensive presentation of the system’s components and implementation mechanisms. Its technical features and capabilities in organizing academic work and enhancing accuracy and transparency in monitoring teaching performance were also discussed.
During the meeting, the University President and participants presented several remarks and suggestions aimed at further developing the system and ensuring the highest levels of efficiency in its implementation.
The University President also praised the efforts of the staff of the Information Technology and Follow-up Division for their professional work in completing this system, which represents an important step in the university’s digital transformation journey and supports the creation of an integrated smart educational environment. This initiative also contributes to promoting quality education, strengthening innovation and digital infrastructure, and reinforcing effective educational institutions, in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals.
