Al-Mustaqbal University continues to implement its strategic plans for comprehensive digital transformation within the framework of the Smart University project launched by Dr. Hassan Shaker Magdy, the university president. This project aims to develop the university's digital infrastructure and enhance the efficiency of educational process management in line with the latest systems and technologies adopted in higher education institutions. In this context, the university president chaired a meeting dedicated to reviewing the progress of a key digital system that the university has finalized in preparation for its practical implementation. This integrated system manages the educational process, particularly regarding the distribution of teaching assignments, lecture review, and the organization of teaching loads for faculty members, in accordance with the university's approved academic structure. The meeting, attended by several senior university officials and those responsible for the project, included a detailed presentation of the system's components and operational mechanisms. Its technical features and capabilities for organizing academic work and enhancing accuracy and transparency in monitoring teaching performance were reviewed. During the meeting, the University President and attendees raised a number of observations and suggestions aimed at developing the system and enhancing its efficiency to ensure optimal performance upon its official implementation. At the conclusion of the meeting, the University President commended the efforts of the IT and Follow-up Division team, praising their professional work in developing this system. He noted that it represents a significant step forward in the university's digital transformation and reinforces its commitment to building a comprehensive, smart learning environment that elevates the quality of education and academic services.
