Dr. Munther Ali Ahmed, a lecturer in the Department of Media at the College of Arts and Humanities at Al-Mustaqbal University, participated in the International Conference on Media and Communication: Challenges of New Media and Digital Transformations (ICMC 2026), which was held on February 28 and March 1, 2026, with the participation of a distinguished group of researchers and academics from six Arab countries.
The conference was organized by the Moroccan Center for Strategic Studies and Advanced Research in partnership with the Arcadia International Journal, and witnessed the participation of researchers from Egypt, Iraq, Tunisia, Lebanon, Libya, and Sudan to discuss the most prominent issues related to media and communication in light of the rapid digital transformations.
Dr. Munther Ali Ahmed presented a research paper entitled:
“Digital Media and Its Role in Building an Integrated Media Strategy to Improve the Reality of Date Palm Trees in Homes: An Applied Study in Al-Jadida District – Soumer District (Iraq).”
This participation comes as part of Al-Mustaqbal University’s efforts to strengthen its academic presence in international scientific conferences, and to contribute to the exchange of research expertise and the development of media studies in line with the ongoing digital transformations in the field of media and communication.
