Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research Issues a Letter of Appreciation to Its Female Staff on International Women’s Day

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research issued a letter of appreciation addressed to female employees across the ministry and its affiliated institutions, in recognition of their outstanding efforts and their active role in supporting the progress of higher education and scientific research in Iraq. This recognition coincides with the celebration of International Women’s Day, which is observed annually on March 8. In the letter, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, emphasized that Iraqi women represent a fundamental pillar in building and advancing society through their dedication and continuous contributions in various academic, administrative, and scientific fields. He also highlighted the significant role played by women in higher education institutions in supporting scientific and intellectual development, with notable contributions in teaching, research, and university administration. The minister expressed his sincere appreciation for the distinguished efforts made by female staff members of the ministry, stressing that this message of gratitude reflects recognition of their vital role in serving the country and contributing to its scientific future. He also encouraged them to continue their dedication and hard work to further develop academic institutions and enhance Iraq’s scientific standing.
