The Department of Prosthetics and Orthotics Engineering organized a celebratory event on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Imam Hasan ibn Ali (peace be upon him), which falls on the fifteenth of the holy month of Ramadan. The event aimed to commemorate this blessed religious occasion and recall his noble life and humanitarian values. The activity was supervised by Assist. Lecturer Maryam Ghassan Ghaffar, Engineer Aya Talib Hassan, and Engineer Hadeer Hossam Hashem.
The event included an introductory speech highlighting key aspects of Imam Hasan’s (peace be upon him) life and his significant role in promoting the principles of tolerance, reform, and service to society. It also emphasized his contributions to strengthening values of morality, justice, and coexistence among people. The speech further stressed the importance of following his noble example to promote the spirit of love and cooperation within society.
