The Department of Accounting at the College of Administrative Sciences organized an online workshop titled **“Digital Transformation and Enhancing Electronic Work in Institutions.”** This workshop was held as part of its efforts to contribute to achieving **the eighth Sustainable Development Goal**, which focuses on promoting economic growth and decent work through the adoption of modern digital technologies. The workshop was delivered by **Assistant Lecturer Ali Marza Al-Issawi** on **Monday, March 9, 2026**. The workshop discussed the importance of digital transformation in developing the institutional work environment and its role in increasing efficiency and simplifying administrative procedures, as well as supporting electronic job opportunities and keeping pace with the requirements of the digital era. It also reviewed the most important tools and technologies that contribute to enhancing electronic work and improving productivity across various sectors. The workshop witnessed the participation of a number of lecturers, students, and individuals interested in academic and technological affairs. The event emphasized the importance of spreading the culture of digital transformation and developing digital skills to support the labor market and achieve sustainable development.
