Under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, and under the supervision of the Deanship of the College of Agricultural Technologies, Al-Mustaqbal University organized an in-person scientific workshop on Monday, March 9, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., with the participation of a number of lecturers, students, and individuals interested in academic and scientific activities. The workshop aimed to enhance students’ scientific awareness and develop their academic and practical skills by presenting several important scientific topics that contribute to improving academic performance and strengthening students’ research abilities. It also encouraged students to actively participate in scientific activities that support their academic journey. The workshop included several scientific lectures delivered by Professor Dr. Ihab Karim Obaid and Assistant Professor Dr. Sadiq Jaafar Baqir, who presented various scientific insights and important guidelines that help improve the university learning environment. They also highlighted the importance of adhering to academic standards and continuously developing students’ scientific skills. Additionally, the workshop addressed the role of scientific activities in supporting the educational process within universities and emphasized the importance of exchanging knowledge and experiences between lecturers and students, contributing to the preparation of a generation capable of keeping pace with modern scientific developments. The workshop witnessed positive interaction from the attendees through questions and discussions during the session, which enriched the academic atmosphere and enhanced the overall benefit for the participants. At the conclusion of the workshop, the college administration expressed its appreciation to the lecturers and participants, affirming its commitment to organizing more scientific activities and workshops that contribute to developing students’ skills and strengthening the academic environment at the university.
