Faculty members from the Department of Medical Biotechnology attended a scientific workshop organized by the College of Science entitled “Transforming Scientific Research into a Startup Project.” The workshop aimed to highlight the importance of investing in scientific research outcomes and transforming them into entrepreneurial projects that support the knowledge-based economy and promote innovation. The workshop discussed several important topics, focusing on mechanisms for converting research ideas into applicable projects in the labor market, as well as introducing the requirements for establishing startup projects and their role in advancing the scientific and economic community. This participation reflects the department’s commitment to developing academic and research skills and keeping pace with modern developments in entrepreneurship and innovation, contributing to the advancement of scientific and research activities within the university.
