These laboratories rely on fully automated analytical devices, robots for sample examination, and AI systems that process data and generate instant reports.
Smart laboratories help improve the quality of laboratory operations by reducing human errors and accelerating response times, which is critical in urgent cases. They also allow handling large numbers of samples in a short period, increasing the efficiency of hospitals and healthcare centers.
Additionally, smart systems enable direct integration with electronic medical records, providing a seamless clinical workflow from sample collection to delivery of results to the treating physician. AI can also analyze laboratory patterns to predict diseases or monitor the progression of chronic conditions.
