Under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, and with the direct supervision of the Dean of the College of Science, Assistant Professor Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani, the Department of Intelligent Medical Systems, represented by its students and teaching staff, participated in the major tree-planting campaign launched by Al-Mustaqbal University within the university campus.
This participation comes as part of supporting environmental initiatives aimed at enhancing green spaces within the university and raising awareness about the importance of tree planting in improving the university environment and mitigating the effects of climate change, as well as promoting a culture of sustainability and environmental responsibility among students.
Students of the department and the teaching staff contributed to planting 25 seedlings of various plants and trees across the university campus, reflecting a spirit of cooperation and teamwork, and reinforcing the university’s role in adopting environmental initiatives that help preserve the environment and improve quality of life.
Participants emphasized the importance of continuing such environmental activities, which contribute to raising community awareness about sustainability issues and encourage students to actively participate in initiatives that serve both the environment and society.
