On Saturday, March 14, 2025, the College of Law at Al-Mustaqbal University organized a panel discussion titled “Sustainability and Social Responsibility of Female University Students,in the college halls ” under the patronage of the University President, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Magdy, and the supervision of the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Ammar Abbas Al-Husseini. The seminar saw a notable turnout of students and faculty members. It was moderated by faculty member Ammar Youssef Khudair and addressed various topics related to the role of female university students in promoting sustainability concepts and fostering social responsibility both on and off campus. The event addressed the importance of sustainability in building a conscious and responsible society, highlighting the contribution of female university students in spreading a culture of sustainable development and actively participating in community initiatives that promote the values of cooperation and giving. The symposium featured interactive sessions and fruitful discussions on ways to empower female university students and strengthen their role in achieving sustainable development and serving the community, in line with the College’s mission, which reaffirms its ongoing commitment to supporting academic activities and enhancing its social role. This event is part of a series of academic activities through which the College of Law seeks to consolidate Al-Mustaqbal University’s position as a leading private university in Iraq and to affirm its role in serving the local community.
