Under the patronage of the respected President of Al-Mustaqbal University and the respected Dean of the College of Education, the College of Education – Department of Quranic Sciences and the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences – organized a field visit to Al-Ain Foundation in Babil Governorate. The visit was carried out by a number of female faculty members and staff on behalf of the entire staff of the College of Education: (Prof. Sahira Qahtan Abdul-Jabbar, Assist. Lect. Iltefat Alawi Mohammed, Assist. Lect. Noor Saad Mushab, and Samah Abees Jasim). The visit aimed to organize a voluntary donation campaign to support a number of orphans and needy groups by providing Eid al-Fitr clothing, in order to bring joy and smiles to the faces of our beloved orphans. The number of beneficiaries reached (20) orphans. The delegation was accompanied by Dr. Laith, representing the Director of the Foundation, who kindly provided valuable information about the institution’s work and the mechanisms through which support is offered to the children under its care. The visit also resulted in strengthening cooperation between Al-Mustaqbal University and the Foundation through an initiative to host a number of orphans at the University campus to enjoy its beautiful environment and scientific facilities. This visit aims to provide future benefits (scientific, psychological, and social) that may inspire them to pursue their ambitions and achieve their future aspirations according to their abilities, interests, and goals.
