The Department of Chemical Engineering and Petroleum Industries at the Faculty of Engineering, Future University, participated in the University Tree Planting Day as part of the university’s campaign to plant 10,000 perennial tree saplings on campus, in support of the National Tree Planting Program and to promote environmental efforts. The event took place in the presence of the Dean of the College of Engineering, Prof. Ali Shaker Magdy, along with the department chair and a number of faculty members and students who contributed to planting the saplings on campus. This initiative aims to support environmental sustainability goals and increase green spaces on campus, as well as raise environmental awareness among students and encourage volunteer work that contributes to environmental protection and promotes sustainable development within the university community.
