Yesterday, Tuesday, March 16, 2026, the Dean of the College of Science, Assistant Professor Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani, held an extensive online meeting with department heads and course coordinators to discuss the latest developments and strategies regarding the IQ Learn and SIS educational and administrative systems at the college. During the meeting, participants reviewed the performance of both systems in facilitating e-learning and managing academic data, as well as addressed technical challenges and the best ways to enhance the experience for both students and faculty. Discussions also focused on integrating modern technologies to ensure accurate grade recording, streamlined course scheduling, and effective communication between faculty members and students. The Dean emphasized the importance of leveraging digital technologies to enhance both educational and administrative processes, noting that systems like IQ Learn and SIS significantly improve academic efficiency and provide an advanced learning environment that supports the university’s digital transformation goals. The meeting included detailed discussions on possible improvements to the user interface, expanding technical support services, and creating a timeline for training faculty and coordinators to maximize the benefits of both systems in the upcoming semester. The session concluded with the Dean’s directives for regular follow-ups to ensure successful integration of the two systems and achieve the highest levels of academic and administrative performance, in line with global standards for digital university education.
