Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, and in cooperation with the Women’s Affairs Division, the Women’s Affairs Unit at the Engineering Technical College / Department of Fuel and Energy Engineering Technologies organized an awareness activity in line with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4 (Quality Education), on Monday, 16/3/2026. The activity was titled: “Women and Education: Building a Future” It was delivered by the Women’s Affairs Unit in the Department of Fuel and Energy Engineering Technologies. The activity included the distribution of awareness brochures addressing the importance of women’s education and its role in building society, highlighting the impact of education in empowering women and enhancing their active participation in various scientific and professional fields. The activity also focused on emphasizing the importance of investing in women’s education as a fundamental pillar for achieving sustainable development, while encouraging female students to continue their educational journey and achieve their academic and professional aspirations. The activity aimed to raise community awareness about the importance of women’s education and to support their scientific and cultural empowerment, contributing to the preparation of a conscious generation capable of building a better future. This activity falls within the محور of empowerment and development and reflects the department’s efforts to support the educational process and strengthen the role of women in society.
