Al-Mustaqbal University Council Holds Its Seventh Session Emphasizing Education Quality and Digital Transformation

Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, chaired the seventh session of the University Council on Sunday, March 15, 2026, with the attendance of the university assistants and deans, including the Dean of the College of Education, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Roudan, to discuss strategies for developing the educational process and achieving comprehensive quality standards. During the session, the council emphasized enhancing digital transformation and completing registration requirements on modern educational platforms such as IQ Learning and SIS, in implementation of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s instructions, to ensure students fully benefit from digital resources. The council also stressed the importance of programmatic accreditation for all departments according to ministerial guidelines, ensuring coordinated efforts across colleges to achieve the highest quality standards. The council approved the establishment of new scientific journals and the organization of specialized conferences, which represents an important step towards advancing the university’s academic level. Summer training plans for students and faculty in England, Egypt, and Turkey were also approved to enhance practical experience and gain exposure to international best practices. The council announced that the period from March 11 to 16, 2026, would be dedicated to celebrating the Fourth Sustainability Week and the university’s annual founding anniversary. Congratulations were extended to Prof. Dr. Alaa Dhari for receiving the title of Professorship, and appreciation was expressed for the success of the national planting campaign in which the university colleges actively participated.
