Forensic Evidence Department Organizes Workshop on Digital Forensic Evidence

The Department of Forensic Evidence organized a scientific workshop entitled “Digital Forensic Evidence,” delivered by Assistant Lecturer Ali Hassan Mahdi, on Sunday, March 8, 2026, at the Humanities Building, Hall 207. The workshop addressed the importance of digital evidence in modern criminal investigations, as well as methods of collecting and analyzing such evidence in accordance with recognized scientific and legal standards. It also highlighted key technologies used in this field. The event was attended by a number of students, who actively engaged with the topics through questions and discussions, contributing to enriching their knowledge and emphasizing the importance of developing skills in digital forensic evidence.
