Forensic Evidence Department Organizes Workshop on Modern Methods in Forensic Evidence

As part of its ongoing academic activities, the Department of Forensic Evidence organized a workshop entitled “Modern Methods in Forensic Evidence,” delivered by Assistant Lecturer Raed Jawad Kadhim, on Tuesday, March 12, 2026, in Hall 208 at the Humanities Building. The workshop covered a range of modern techniques in forensic science, including advanced fingerprint analysis, the use of digital evidence in investigations, and applications of artificial intelligence in analyzing criminal data. It also addressed crime scene documentation methods, as well as proper procedures for collecting and preserving evidence according to modern scientific standards. The workshop was attended by a number of students who actively engaged through questions and discussions, contributing to enhancing their knowledge and developing their academic skills in this field.
