As part of its efforts to promote health and social awareness, the Department of Forensic Evidence at the College of Science, Al-Mustaqbal University, organized an awareness campaign on the dangers of drugs on Sunday, March 1, 2026, across the university premises. The campaign aimed to educate students about the health, social, and psychological risks associated with drug use, including its effects on the brain and nervous system, the potential for addiction, and the legal and social consequences of drug abuse. It also highlighted the impact of drugs on academic performance and daily behavior, emphasizing the importance of prevention and early intervention at the university level. The campaign included the distribution of brochures and educational materials, as well as interactive sessions where students could ask questions, exchange information, and receive practical advice on drug prevention and promoting social and health awareness. The event witnessed strong participation from students, who actively engaged in discussions and activities, helping to strengthen their understanding of healthy and responsible behaviors.
