As part of the university’s efforts to promote women’s empowerment and support female students, the Department of Forensic Evidence at the College of Science, Al-Mustaqbal University, organized an awareness campaign entitled “Empowering Women and Supporting Female Students,” presented by Assistant Lecturer Huwaida Nazzal Hussein and Ms. Waqar Jaffat Jassim, on Sunday, March 8, 2026, in the corridors of Al-Mustaqbal University. The campaign aimed to raise awareness among female students about the role of women in society and the importance of their active participation in academic, scientific, and professional fields. It also focused on supporting students in developing their personal and academic skills, boosting self-confidence, and encouraging initiative in achieving their educational and professional goals. The campaign included interactive sessions and exercises on leadership and social skills, practical advice on balancing academic and personal life, and strategies for overcoming challenges and obstacles women may face in various domains. The event witnessed strong engagement from female students, who actively participated in discussions and activities, contributing to building self-confidence, a sense of empowerment, and motivation for positive participation in society.
