As part of its efforts to promote health and psychological awareness among students, the Department of Forensic Evidence at the College of Science, Al-Mustaqbal University, organized an awareness campaign entitled “Enhancing Awareness of the Importance of Mental Health and Psychological Support,” on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, across the university premises. The campaign aimed to increase students’ understanding of the importance of mental health in maintaining emotional balance and coping with academic and social pressures in a healthy way. It also highlighted the significance of peer support and seeking professional help when needed, as well as strategies for managing stress and adapting to challenges effectively. The campaign included the distribution of educational brochures and awareness materials, along with interactive sessions where students received practical advice on promoting mental well-being and creating a supportive environment within the university. The event witnessed strong engagement from students, who actively participated in discussions and asked questions, contributing to raising their awareness about the importance of mental health and ways to maintain it.
