The Dean of the College of Administrative Sciences at Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Haider Ali Al-Dulaimi, held an extensive meeting with the Information Technology Unit and the team responsible for managing the college’s software systems.
The meeting was attended by the administrators of the Learning Management System (IQ Learn) and the Student Information System (SIS), during which technical performance reports of the electronic platforms were reviewed, and ways to enhance system responsiveness were discussed to better serve both faculty members and students.
Discussions focused on mechanisms for the regular updating of databases within the (SIS) to facilitate administrative procedures, as well as the development of interactive tools within (IQ Learn) to support a blended learning environment. The meeting also addressed the technical challenges faced by users, with comprehensive solutions proposed to ensure service continuity in accordance with the highest standards of quality and digital security.
During the meeting, the Dean emphasized that the transition toward a “Smart College” is a strategic priority, highlighting the pivotal role of the Information Technology Unit in establishing a modern educational environment aligned with international standards. He also directed intensified technical efforts to ensure full integration between digital systems, contributing to improved institutional performance and the reduction of administrative routine.
This initiative comes as part of a series of regular meetings aimed at strengthening Al-Mustaqbal University’s leadership in digital transformation and providing integrated electronic services befitting its status as one of the leading private universities in Iraq
