The President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, chaired an extensive symposium that brought together senior staff, deans of colleges, department heads, and all university members to review performance indicators and establish a roadmap for modern institutional organization. The symposium was attended by the Dean and academic staff of the College of Administrative Sciences, along with the leadership of the Department of Business Administration. At the beginning of the session, Dr. Majdi delivered a welcoming speech, congratulating attendees on the upcoming Eid al-Fitr and commending the remarkable achievements of the colleges and supporting units, which have positioned the university at the forefront of educational institutions. The university president emphasized the importance of advancing the “University Work Automation” project, highlighting the need to align internal systems with the electronic platforms launched by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to create an integrated digital learning environment. He also dedicated a portion of his speech to the concept of “humanizing university interactions,” stressing that students are key partners in every success and underscoring the importance of instilling mutual respect and high-quality humane interaction as a fundamental pillar in building a solid academic community. For their part, the College of Administrative Sciences and the Department of Business Administration affirmed their full commitment to implementing the presidential directives, particularly in the areas of digital transformation and modern management, ensuring that Al-Mustaqbal University continues to lead as one of the premier private universities in Iraq.
