The staff of the Communications Department at Future University participated on Monday, March 23, in a series of electronic meetings held under the supervision of the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs and the Academic Supervisor, with the attendance of college deans and their staff. These meetings were part of ongoing efforts to follow up on academic preparations for the current semester. The meetings were conducted according to a structured schedule, with the College of Engineering Technologies meeting held at 10:00 AM, and the College of Engineering meeting at 7:00 PM, chaired by the respective deans and attended by all faculty members. The discussions covered several key topics, including research plans, sustainability initiatives, and scientific conferences, as well as preparations for unified and standardized examinations. In addition, twinning agreements, program accreditation, and task distribution among academic staff were addressed. Emphasis was also placed on verifying registration data in the IQ-learning and SIS systems, and completing teaching load requirements to ensure a smooth and efficient academic process. The participation of the Communications Department reflects its commitment to implementing academic directives and enhancing its readiness for the upcoming phase, contributing to quality education and institutional excellence.
