The Examination Committee in the Department of Anesthesia Techniques at the College of Health and Medical Technologies, Al-Mustaqbal University, held an extensive meeting on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, to follow up on the final arrangements for the Midterm Exams across all academic levels. The meeting, held under the supervision of the Head of the Department, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Khudhair Al-Humairi, and the Department Coordinator, Prof. Dr. Bahaa Fadhil Hamza, focused on the following organizational aspects: • Examination Schedules: Reviewing and approving the midterm exam timetables for all levels to ensure no scheduling conflicts. • Assessment Quality: Emphasizing that exam questions must be comprehensive, cover the curriculum effectively, and align with approved academic standards. • Logistical Readiness: Preparing examination halls and providing all necessary facilities to ensure a comfortable environment for students during their tests. • Administrative Workflow: Discussing proctoring mechanisms and the swift grading process to ensure timely announcement of results.
