As part of the scientific activities aimed at enhancing students’ knowledge, the Department of Prosthetics and Orthotics Engineering organized a scientific visit to the Engineering Library on Tuesday, March 17, 2026. The visit was supervised by Engineer Aya Talib Hassan and Assistant Lecturer Maryam Ghassan Ghaffar, the activities coordinator of the department.
The visit included introducing students to the book borrowing system and the services provided by the library, as well as highlighting the importance of printed books and academic resources in supporting their educational journey. Students were also encouraged to make use of the library’s conducive learning environment to develop their academic skills.
This initiative aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4 (Quality Education), by promoting a culture of continuous learning and providing supportive educational opportunities that contribute to developing students’ capabilities and improving their academic performance.
